CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK
Our Customer Service Week was held on Oct 2nd to 6th at LASU CBT 18. Our customers are of utmost priority to us, giving them quality service is what we love to do.
Customer Service Week which held for a week, is one of our ways of appreciating our customers for their consistent patronage.
Customer service week was fun! Starting from the beautiful uniforms worn by our staff on each day of the week to the decoration of the reception which was colourful, our beautiful customers were served sweets and delicious cake to sweeten their taste buds.
A suggestion box was created to get feedback from our customers on how to improve the quality of service.
